The main function of the Accounts Division is to maintain an efficient financial control by accounting all the income and expenditure of the Badulla Municipal Council, preparing the annual budget, preparing the final accounts etc. This Division also handles the planning activities of the company, all financial expenses, salaries and wages of employees, surcharge accounts, asset management and answering audit queries.
