Health Sector Badulla Municipal Council
One of the major functions of this division is to monitor and ensure that all places such as waste management, municipal institutions, shop houses etc. within the city limits, are disposed of garbage and maintained in a safe manner. The division also controls epidemics, issues environmental permits, maintains slaughterhouses, ditches, cremation and burial services.
